Frank Zotynia & Son holds a National Board R Certificate of Authorization, covering the repair and alteration of boilers, piping, and Section VIII, Division 1 metallic pressure vessels, to the requirements of the National Board Inspection Code and to jurisdictional requirements, at our Hackensack shop and at field sites.

What this means for you
A National Board Certificate of Authorization isn't automatic. It requires a written quality control system, a qualified welding and inspection program, and ongoing oversight by an Authorized Inspection Agency. When you hire an R-Stamp holder, you're getting a contractor whose repair process has already been reviewed and accepted by the National Board, not just a welder who says the work is up to code.
