The acquisition expands Frank Zotynia & Son's mechanical capabilities and strengthens its commitment to delivering high-quality mechanical solutions to industrial and commercial clients across the Tri-State area.
EMS customers will continue to receive the service and expertise they have come to expect, now backed by Frank Zotynia & Son's 20,000 sq. ft. Hackensack fabrication shop, experienced field crews, and full range of welding, process piping and plant services. EMS personnel have joined the Frank Zotynia & Son team, giving customers continuity on existing projects and service relationships.
