Frank Zotynia founded the company in 1999 with a welder's standard: do the work right, finish when you said you would, and stand behind every weld. That standard still runs the business today.
What started as one welder's shop is now a full-service, open-shop mechanical and chemical constructor working from a 20,000 sq. ft. facility in Hackensack, New Jersey.
In 2024 we acquired Engineered Mechanical Systems (EMS), and in 2026 we earned the National Board R Certificate of Authorization for code repairs to boilers and pressure vessels.
What We Do
We build, repair and maintain the systems that industrial plants depend on:
- Welding and fabrication — carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum, from structural steel to custom parts
- Process piping and pipe fitting — for chemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and manufacturing facilities
- Boiler and pressure vessel repair — National Board R-Stamp work, inspected and documented
- Plant services — rigging, equipment relocation, dismantling, start-ups and outsourced maintenance techs

Certified for code work. As a National Board R-Stamp holder, we can repair pressure-retaining equipment to the National Board Inspection Code (NBIC), with an Authorized Inspector signing off on the work.
